Return and Exchange Policy

All rings are made to order after we receive your transaction through our online store. For this reason, all ring sales are final.  

The order cannot be cancelled once we put it into production.  If you have placed an order by mistake or any emergency requests, it is possible to cancel within 12 hours of the order having been placed. Please choose your ring size carefully before placing your order. Each piece is custom made to your specifications and rings cannot be exchanged if the wrong size is ordered.  If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

Once 12 hours has passed we no longer accept cancellations or refunds. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable cancellation requests.

Returns or exchanges can be made up to 10 days after receiving your purchase. Returned jewelry must be in original condition with no signs of wear. Restocking fee is $20. We do not provide refunds for rings. Exchange or store credit will be given. Please contact us prior to exchange.

In the case that a piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for return shipping and repair of the item without a fee. Please do not return your item until you receive prior confirmation from us.
